INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS
Intellectual Property Rights All materials published on the website www.conferintagalatia.ro – including, but not limited to, logos, graphics, trademarks, images, videos, texts, and the overall website design – as well as any promotional materials and information related to the GALATIA Event, are the exclusive property of the Helicomed Association. The use, reproduction, modification, distribution, storage, or any other exploitation of these materials, in any form or on any medium, without the prior, express, and written consent of the Helicomed Association, is strictly prohibited. Such actions constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and are punishable under Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.
Use of Image and Assignment of Rights
For the purpose of promotional campaigns and communication activities related to the GALATIA Event, participants are requested to grant, free of charge and for an indefinite period, the economic and related rights to their image. Consequently, any photograph, video recording, live broadcast, or other media material produced during the event remains the property of the Helicomed Association. These may be used to promote the Event through various channels (publications, website, social media, printed materials, etc.) without requiring further authorization from the participant. Should a participant refuse the assignment of image rights, the Helicomed Association reserves the right to restrict access to the Event, given the essential nature of this agreement for the optimal conduct of promotional activities.
Limitation of Liability
The Helicomed Association shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or prejudice resulting from the unauthorized use or modification of protected materials by third parties. Any dispute arising from the breach of these provisions shall be resolved in accordance with current Romanian legislation, and users in violation may be held legally accountable.
Obligations and Restrictions
Website visitors and participants of the GALATIA Event agree to fully comply with the above provisions. Any capture, reproduction, or use of the content available on the website or materials related to the Event without the written consent of the Helicomed Association is strictly prohibited and will be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights.
By accessing and using the website www.conferintagalatia.ro and participating in the GALATIA 2026 Event, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these provisions.

PROPRIETATEA INTELECTUALĂ ȘI UTILIZAREA IMAGINII
Drepturile de proprietate intelectuală
Toate materialele publicate pe site-ul www.conferintagalatia.ro– inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la, logo-uri, grafică, simboluri comerciale, imagini, videoclipuri, texte și aspectul general al site-ului – precum și orice materiale promoționale și informații legate de Evenimentul GALATIA, sunt proprietatea exclusivă a Asociației Helicomed.
Utilizarea, reproducerea, modificarea, distribuirea, stocarea sau orice altă exploatare a acestor materiale, în orice formă și pe orice suport, fără acordul scris, prealabil și expres al Asociației Helicomed, este strict interzisă și constituie încălcarea dreptului de proprietate intelectuală, sancționată conform Legii nr. 8/1996 privind dreptul de autor și drepturile conexe.
Utilizarea imaginii și cesiunea drepturilor
În vederea realizării campaniilor de promovare și a activităților de comunicare aferente Evenimentului GALATIA, participanții sunt rugați să cedeze, gratuit și pe termen nelimitat, drepturile patrimoniale și conexe asupra imaginii lor.
Astfel, orice fotografie, înregistrare video, transmisiune live sau alt material media realizat în cadrul evenimentului va rămâne în proprietatea Asociației Helicomed și poate fi utilizat în scopul promovării Evenimentului prin diverse canale (publicații, website, social media, materiale tipărite etc.) fără a necesita o autorizare suplimentară din partea participantului.
În cazul în care un participant refuză cesiunea drepturilor de imagine, Asociația Helicomed își rezervă dreptul de a restricționa accesul la Eveniment, având în vedere caracterul esențial al acestui acord pentru desfășurarea optimă a activităților de promovare.
Limitarea răspunderii
Asociația Helicomed nu poate fi trasă la răspundere pentru pierderi, daune sau alte prejudicii rezultate din utilizarea neautorizată a materialelor protejate sau din modificarea neautorizată a acestora de către terți. Orice litigiu născut din încălcarea acestor prevederi se va soluționa conform legislației române în vigoare, iar utilizatorii care încalcă aceste norme pot fi trași la răspundere conform legii.
Obligații și restricții
Vizitatorii site-ului și participanții la Evenimentul GALATIA se obligă să respecte integral prevederile de mai sus. Orice preluare, reproducere sau utilizare a conținutului disponibil pe site sau a materialelor aferente Evenimentului, fără acordul scris al Asociației Helicomed, este strict interzisă și va fi considerată o încălcare a drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală.
Prin accesarea și utilizarea site-ului www.conferintagalatia.ro și participarea la Evenimentul GALATIA 2026, utilizatorii confirmă că au citit, înțeles și sunt de acord cu aceste prevederi.
